    Staff won't answer phones, return emails and do not do what they say they will do when you go in. Have been in several times to resolve account issues and we are now 3 months down the track with still no success.

    Absolute just poxy staff with there stale behavior towards anything. Avoid if possible.

    Robo was absolutely amazing, helped me with all my plans and gave me a list of options to choose from to help with my bill, would recommend robo to anyone. not to mention this store always answers their phones when you call unlike that dirty optus store, stunning work telstra.
